The Armor SX5000 WB is a Department of Transportation approved water based Silane-Siloxane water repellent sealer for unsealed concrete, brick, stone and masonry. Won?t change the look, color, or texture of the surface Works entirely below the surface and won?t leave a surface film Reduces surface water absorption by up to 95% Reduces damage and deterioration caused by water absorption Reduces damage and deterioration caused by snow, ice, and de-icing salts Reduces the growth of mold, mildew, and algae For use on unsealed concrete, brick, natural stone, and masonry. Coverage Rate: Porous Surfaces: Up to 175 FT2/gallon in one coat. Smooth Surfaces (once properly prepped): Up to 200-225 FT2/gallon in one coat. Coverage will vary depending on porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. The above coverage rates are estimates and will vary.
