Georgia Men’s Carbo-Tec LT 11in. Waterproof Alloy Toe Wellington Work Boots are designed for farmers, construction workers and others who need durable and lightweight waterproof work boots. These boots meet ASTM 2413 standards for their protective Ergo-Fit alloy toe caps and for electrical hazard requirements. Uppers are crafted from high-quality full-grain leather. The inside of this wellington is packed with features to keep your feet comfortable as you plow through the work day. High-performance mesh allows easy-on/off, and the Georgia Waterproofing System acts as a barrier against water and muck to keep your feet dry in the wettest conditions. Also inside is a removable cushioning polyurethane insole. The Carbo-Tec LT offers the same great performance found in the original Carbo-Tecs but now with a much lighter sole. The thick EVA midsole cushions act as shock absorbers with each step. A fiberglass shank is added for arch support and stability. A rubber skin coating finishes the outsole and gives this boot a foundation to withstand the many miles you walk each day. The upper is joined to the outsole through a Goodyear Welt, one of the strongest and most durable bonds in footwear.
