This Ironton® Air-Operated Oil Transfer Pump is designed to perform a quick transfer of oils from large drums to smaller containers. The double-acting pump delivers a discharge rate of up to 4.76 GPM that is ideal for use in industry, workshops, farms or construction or as part of a mobile oil system. This unit is designed for use with oils featuring a viscosity of up to SAE 240 for transferring over short and long distances (up to 160ft.) This transfer pump fits drum sizes up to 55 gallons and features a 1/4in. NPT (F) air inlet connection, a 1/2in. NPT (F) outlet connection and a 1in. NPT (F) pump inlet connection. 5:1 gear ratio delivers a maximum flow rate up to 4.76 GPM Non-return valve prevents the back flow of oil when the pump is switched off, keeping the pump lubricated all the time No priming is required between uses Features an air consumption rate of 66 GPM and working pressure of 30 to 150 PSI Max. air pressure is 150 PSI Low noise level of just 81 db during operation Pump has wear resistant moving parts and can be used with different drum sizes up to 55 gals.
