The kit is designed to be easily carried to the site and features a high-impact frame. As supplied, the outfit is capable of cutting 1in. thick metals and welding metals up to 1/16in. thick. (Capabilities can be increased to cut up to 4in. and weld up to 1/2in. thick metals with larger tips and a large acetylene cylinder — sold separately.)
